The Late-Identified Autistic Group is a welcoming space for late-identified autistic adults (18 and up). Rather than serving as a therapy group, this community is designed to foster connection, learning, and shared experiences among late-identified or late-diagnosed autistic adults. We will focus on building a supportive environment where we can process our unique journeys together. The group will be facilitated by Daniel Marks. Sample topics this group will cover include: “Stories of Self” exercise: when did you realize you were autistic? Accommodations for work & life Neuro“typical” – what are hot takes about neurotypical culture that you don’t agree with or don’t understand? Autistic Burnout / Crisis Management Mapping out Autistic support needs – developing strategies to receive community care Special Interests: members share their passions and origin stories NeuroDIVERSITY – Exploring BIPOC and marginalized neurodivergent experiences
Participants must currently be 18 years to 60 years old.
